These guys are the real deal!! My fiancé and I had only been moved into our new (old) home out in the country of Livingston Parish for about 2 months. We noticed slow drains at every drain in the house from move-in and today, the s*** literally hit the fan. The fiancé messaged our landlord, the landlord was out of town but steered us toward a company he had used before and we called to set up some emergency help. We have 1 bathroom and standing water at every drain and the toilet was not moving either. The suggested company said they would be here between 2-4 pm and my fiancé left his hourly paid position 3 hours before his end of day to be here only to get a call saying they weren't coming right at the 3pm mark. Mind you, we have 1 bathroom and are not able to wash dishes, take a shower, use the toilet, brush our teeth, etc. And they were not going to get to us until Monday now. I called Veteran's Plumbing and Mr. Shaun Carney answered personally. His immediate concern was my home and damage to it. He instructed me to unscrew a cap to help relieve pressure until he got here, asked me to text my name and address, and gave me an ETA. He was here exactly when he said he would be, went straight to work outside as soon as he got here, and also gave us references for affordable independent contractors to clean out the septic tank. He'll be back Monday to finish installing a cleanout for us since there wasn't one and I couldn't be happier!! I don't trust people instantly but I absolutely trust Mr. Shaun and his crew! He's a no BS guy with a ton of knowledge and experience. And you can't beat the motivation to take care of others this man has!! If I could give 50 stars, I would!! Give Mr. Shaun and his guys a call for ANY plumbing issues you have, big or small. If he doesn't provide the services you need, I guarantee you he knows the best of the best to get the job done!! Thank you again Mr. Shaun!! My bum thanks you!!

Outstanding service from Veterans Plumbing tonight! We had a major backup with our drainage, and with their expert knowledge, they found a way to relieve the pressure and get things flowing correctly. Earlier this afternoon, I had an appointment scheduled with another company in which I had to leave work 2 hours early. That company called an hour after I had been here waiting for them, only to say they couldn't make it here today. Shawn @ Veterans stepped up big time to do what they do best... #1 take care of the customer! Thanks again, to Shawn and his team at Veterans Plumbing Repairs!

I can't say enough about their services. They treated us like family and worked with us on the cost. What 4 other companies failed to find they found in minutes and fixed at a fraction of the cost of what they charged us to not find and fix the issue. This company is now our go too plumbing repair company.

Called Shaun at Veterans Plumbing after hours to come and check a clogged drain that was backing up in the house. After calling multiple services that stated 24 hours, everyone wanted to schedule me for the next day. Shaun came out and worked effortless. After a complete diagnostic and figuring out the problem he gave me a quote on what the job would cost. Price was very affordable. He scheduled me in quickly to complete the job the next day. Showed up on time and worked until he was finished. The job was done great. Great service, professional, quick and reliable. I highly recommend this company and will use for future needs.

Shaun took my call over the weekend, and was at my house first thing Monday morning. What we thought was a small job ended up being an entire days worth of work. He worked all day until 7pm. He’s a very hard worker, and very polite to work with. If I ever have any issues in the future I will definitely be using him!

Veterans was quick with great service. We run an Airbnb, and it was essential to have our pipe leak fixed ASAP. Veterans came out the same day and worked into the evening to make sure the job was done right. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Shaun answered right away! He even came out (on a Saturday) and fixed my leaking pipe so I could restore my water. He explained his cost up front due to it being an after hours emergency repair. His work was fast, efficient, & he kept a very clean work environment. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for serving and for being Army Strong! He somehow managed to complete the work even with having a couple of broken fingers from a job the day before. Thank you for being willing and available to help me!
